I recently updated the Turok 2 article, because I feel the original description was misleading. It's more than likely these aren't devs, but just placeholder usernames, since a lot of them go over the Xbox Live character limit for gamertags.
Developers from 343 Industries released a series of preliminary designs for Halo 5's UI featuring similar little quirks to compare. Made up users, different layouts, etc. This is basically just a mockup, not an actual, existing version of the game.
Do you have a specific example? I can't seem to find what you're referring to.
If it's just a new gamemode then it'd probably just warrant a gamemode article. Pretty interesting, though.
As long as the remaster follows in the first's footsteps and isn't some drastic "remaster" like Halo 2: Anniversary, then it'll be tackled like the last.
I hope they get a hold of the source code, then. :v
Well, to remaster them for the PC, they'd need to port them to it. There never were PC ports made, so... Yeah...
Got it as well, should be fun to go through.
Oh, yeah, sure. I have multiple routes of communication, but if you need another that's easier to access, such as an email, then just ask. :P
We could easily just weed out the rest, and go for the final tally on "Tek Bot" and "Dinobot".
Nope. Dinobot. We could also name it "Turok Obama". XP Or "Bio-Bot".
DINOBOT. OMG, THAT ONE.
I think so. That extracts the files to a folder (I THINK) which is called "TUROK". It's what I did. Took a while, and is DAMN annoying, but it worked.
Ah, you got it from there too. I THINK I had the same white screen, but I just ran the setup, which loaded the files for the game to basically fix it. I ALSO had to run the game in 1024x768, as any resolution above it (Such as 720P) broke it resulting in that screen.
Uh, that really depends on the copy you got. I'm running mine on 8.1, but I had to go through an extra set of hoops for things in the installation. Do you run the disk, or an external copy?
I won't lie, it'd be kinda cool to see the 2008 Turok reboot in "last-gen" graphics. Just for giggles. Wonder what a Giganotosaurus would look like in 1997. .-.
