Reese is a protagonist first seen in Turok. He is voiced by Gideon Emery. He acts as the team's long-range specialist and is one of the final members of Whiskey Company to die.

Role in the Storyline

Turok

Reese's first appearance is in "Prelude", standing around the area in the introductory cutscene. His first gameplay appearance is in the level "Reunions" where he saves Joseph Turok from being mauled by a Utahraptor. He then converses with Slade before they move forward towards a piece of wreckage from the Whiskey Co. ship. Shortly after that, he leaves along with Slade so Turok can silently kill every MG soldier in the area and is seen again later on sniping MG soldiers on a ridge. 

Before he leaves, he tells Slade and Turok to "Try not to kill each other" to which Slade sarcastically responds with "We'll be just fine". He later helps the duo kill the Lurkers infesting the area near the crash site. After arriving at the crash site Reese is not seen for a long amount of time until the level "Heroes End", where he is seen sniping and otherwise assisting the remains of the Whiskey Co. soldiers.

He later helps spot the building that houses a pilotable ship but Shepard spots MG APCs which forces the group to hide below a ridge. They are spotted due to Logan, however, and they decide to split up and fight the MG soldiers on multiple fronts. Reese is absent until later on in the game.

Death

Reese is not seen again until "End of the Road". During this time he seems to act as the scout of the group and moves forward towards a fallen tree. The group follows behind him, and he says that he has found an entrance to the base. However, he also says that he does not see any troops.

He soon spots movement, but Reese is suddenly shot in the eye by an arrow launched from the compound and slowly falls dead, much to everyone's shock.

Trivia

• Throughout Turok, Reese wields the TRIGLAV 92 Stalker Sniper Rifle. Occasionally Reese will wield a ORO HOG 9mm Handgun, usually for enemies or dinosaurs that have managed to get up close to him.
